Is anyone knows something about limitations of E3 Flasher.
I read post about downgrading PS3 on another forum within one guy wrote that new soft for flasher makes a new limitation.
After update, flasher can work only with one ps3. If you take off flasher from first flashed ps3 and try use to another one you will seen an error.
Is that true?? Is someone do a mass donwgrade as a service???
Is no any official notes about that on the E3-tech site.

I have a dilemma because i want buy flasher for me and my friend.
My ps3 is bricked (when i wanna back to CEX 3.55 from DEX 4.21) and my friends ps3 is on 3.60 (it need to be donwgrade).
