Im currently running at 4.30 Rogero & mM 4.18.
I can signin through PSN & browse some application etc. But my question is can i play online? Example is Blackops2 online or NFS most wanted. Whenever im connected through the internet & play a game & i always get this some how same message.

Is it ok to upgrade, as per my understanding its an update for the game not the Firmware of ps3. Or am i wrong? Is it a big NO NO? Can i download DLC (ex. rockband songs)?
