DarkEboot Fixer v5.5 help needed

I need a noob-noob proof tutorial :D

i've tried several Eboots from Jetpack Joyride and AC Revelations, but it keeps telling me "IDPS not found" and therefore can't decrypt the Eboot.bin or find the Eboot.elf.. :(

is there anything i missed or messed up?
