I decrypted eboot.bin of MW3 PSN version into elf first so I can edit it. When I sign it with the 4.XX keys it works fine but when i sign it using the make_fself tool or the make_fself_npdrm it doesn't load and gives me that error code 80029519.
The game is activated on my console and is an actual PSN bought game.
I searched up the error code and this came up "Bad Permission - when trying to open FSELF PKG's on Retail".
It says RETAIL but my console has been flashed with ID 82 meaning dex and has the dex firmware 4.21 ps3ita installed without any problem yet it doesn't load debug files.
However when I run install multiman dex it works fine.
Anyone know why?
