How to find my PS3 Version/model number

I've Google searched this already and found everyone saying to check the stickers, but is there another method to finding out my ps3 model/version other than the sticker method. Like the psp's for example, has a program you can run to identify the mobo revision of your psp. I need to find another way as my PS3 has been "case" modded, so the stickers are no longer present. It is a ps3 slim on firmware 4.11.
