Installing Gamedata to External ( Help ) ?

So I haven't asked this type of question before and if I have I can't remember.

Anyway I'm wanting to know what ways is there nowdays to install GAMEDATA on to my EX:USB HDD instead of the Internal HDD

Any Information and Help will be much Appreciated.
