Out of the ~150 games I got only 3 I have not been able to make work even though I re-downloaded them again (so they have their original files)!!
I tried all this already on my external HDD: deleted game data, updated game through latest MultiMan, re-downloaded entire game, fixed permissions; BD-mirror, USB patch, a disc inside always.

- Assassin's Creed Revelations - BLES01467 - black screen forces me to restart console.
- F.E.A.R. 2 - BLES00464 - Kicks back to XMB.
- Hunted: The Demon's Forge - BLUS30406 - Error: "There has been a disc read error. The game cannot continue. Please quit and restart the game".
