Problem playing game -newbie-

I just bought my first PS3 and it has a 4.31 custom firmware. I downloaded Disgaea 3 and put it on a usb drive under Games and multiman recognizes it. When I try to launch it from the XMB I get the error code 80010017

I don't have any real games to put in the system
