Aldo has released easy to use tool to allow you to convert PS2 games to PS2 classic games ready to be played on the PS3.
I myself can't do that as I don't have the time to and hopefully will have some in the future converted.
Anyway here is a simple tutorial to follow which will allow you to make all this possible.
1. Download the following tools LINK REMOVED NOT CODED
2. Extract the winrar file and install the tool in any folder.
3. Download this - LINK REMOVED NOT CODED
4. Place it in the folder the PS3tools and in the root.
5. Download PSNStuff. 1.8 and download a game of your choice
6. Download the RAP file aswell (It has to be a PS2 game and in this case will use "Capcom Vs SNK 2 Millionaire Fighting 2001"
7. Run PS3Tool.exe and click PKG Content ID
8. Browse to the download PKG file and Open It.
9. You will see the PKG ID (for Capcom Vs SNK) as "JP0102-NPJD00015_00-0000000000000000" and you will see the Package Klicensee: "1E264B66083C48265C3F5C7EAFDEBBAF".

10. Copy this info into notepad and run PS2Classics_GUI.
11. Put in info shown exactly below and "Click Encrypt and Yes to the pop up option.
If your doing it correctly it should look like this once finished and generate a file called "ISO.BIN.ENC".

12. Now install the Capcom Vs SNK 2 Millionaire Fighting 2001 on your PS3 and activate the RAP file using ReactPSN as normnally you would.
13. Now copy the ISO.BIN.ENC file to a USB or HDD (if bigger then 4GB).
14. Run Multiman and find the directory called "NPJD00015" and overwrite the existing ISO.BIN.ENC with your created one.
15. Your done :D
Note: You can then also replace the images and change the name of the game in the param.sfo to match the actual PS2 game.
Additonal Note: If your file is bigger then 4GB then just FTP it over.
