Best tut to follow for progskeet 1.2 downgrade?

I've come across quite a few tutorials but all are quite dated and most reefer to Progskeet 1.1 (a few say not to use 1.2). Can someone point me to one?

Should I buy Progskeet 1.2 Black tar (+ infectus) or is there another route to go? BTW PS3 is CECHG
