need hepl with PS2 Classics Manager

i followed the multiman tut with final fantasy X but i get an error after i start the ps2 manager. "the save data is corrupted" and the system restarts and i also have to reconnect my controller as well. i tried reinstalling the ps2 manager and activate with reactpsn but i still get the error any help would be appreciated.
