Problem with Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge

I downloaded the duplex release of ng 3 re, but something strange happens. The game runs, but about 3 or 5 minutes, ps3 bip 3 times and restart, every time i play the game. Someone passed through this? If yes, what you do to make this stop?

I just try the JPN version BLJM-61010, and the problem is the same. CFW Rogero 4.40 v1.03
Try the EUR version released by ANTIDOTE too BLES01845, same problem.
BLUS31175, same problem.
