Showtime.. installed several plugins & nothing works..??

Really no idea where I'm going wrong with this.. plugins such as WatchTV & TMDB just say 'Unable to open resource' Error: Resolver internal error
I'm presuming it's something I've done wrong.. any idea what that is?
