Need Help with Going online on CFW

Hey there guys :D
New user for Rogero 4.40 v1.03 here...

I just really wanna play MGSPeace Walker online....
and for the record, yes, I did buy the game and i have a physical copy of the game...

Is there a tutorial on how to use PSN without getting banned?
Or is it possible to register for PSN even when on CFW?

PS: I've never went on psn before, and I cant seem to get ReACT psn working?
