So I decided to transfer games via ftp. It it more easier than I though. :P
The only thing I did I just connected an ethernet cable with my PS3 console and modem, meanwhile I have connected another ethernet cable with my PC and cable. The thing is that I have internet connection on my PS3, but just want to use it only for FTP transfer. The thing is I connected it to the internet but it promped me that there is a new update for Uncharted 3. I got scared and disconnected.

The question is... Can my console get banned if I use this method?
