ps2 game save conversion not working ps3tools (ps2 classics save converter etc)

So i have an old ps3 that I've used reactpsn to play converted ps2 classics with. Now I'm trying to get savedata onto there. I tried everything in this tutorial http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php...439#post571439 but I keep getting an error ( 0x80028f24 ) when I start up my ps2 place holder. If anyone knows what I may possibly be doing wrong, please let me know. I've tried everything and anything including following this guide too http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?p=571445.
