I own Metal Gear Solid 4 and finally got off of 3.55 KMEAW to Rogero 4.46 v 1.01 since I had to reformat my hard drive. In doing so I lost my integral podcasts and ipod songs for in the game. Does anybody know a safe way to get that stuff back? I'd appreciate the help.
