How to add fix?

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum, and I know I'm an idiot. I have searched for an answer to this question, so please don't get angry with me if it's already been answered somewhere else, because, like I said, I am an idiot.

I just downloaded a game (Ratchet and Clank Trilogy) and added it to my external hard drive, but it doesn't show up in Multiman. It comes with a folder that says it is a "fix," but I'm not sure what to do with that. Can anyone help an idiot out? Thanks in advance. Sorry if this is the wrong place.
