No Games From External After 4.46 CFW Upgrade

Hi all,

I updated my CFW to both habib 4.46 and lastly, Rogero 4.46 The problem is no games run from external HDD now. Just a black screen and sometimes it resets my PS3. Games run form internal HDD just fine. I've reinstalled disabled/enabled BDEmu as I've read here on the forums but no luck. This happens for both older games and newer (Riddick, Stranglehold, DOOM3, Batman Arkham City GOTYE, Injustice - just to name a few)

I never had these issues on 3.55 and honestly I'm starting to regret upgrading. Any ideas?
