Game freezes

Hi

I've been having trouble with 2 games , modern warfare 3 and black ops 1 , it seems that whenever I change my console ID , modern warfare 3 will just black screen , and black ops 1 will freeze during the intro.

Please help me , I'm on REX 4.46.1
