Cannot transfer 'copyright' protected Gamesave

Hey guys I copied all of my Gamesave from my old HDD when I installed E3 Flasher I bought 1TB HDD which is great.I even copied the 'copyright' gamesaves via multiman.But I cannot transfer my 'copyright' protected gamesaves even with Multiman.I mean it does copy but it does appear on XMB..Any solution?

Oh and one more thing I backedup my trophies as well so if there is a solution for that let me know
