Duplicate PKG showing on XMB

I found it odd that whenever I install a PKG file, it shows 3 duplicate copies of the same file with the same name on the XMB(Install Package Files folder). Installing a PKG works fine, just found it unnecessary to duplicate the files. Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm on multiman 4.06.02 CFW 3.55.
