Hitman Absolution Restore Original

i got the duplex version BLES01403-[Hitman Absolution]

and i use this fix to make it work for CFW 3.55.

now the thing is I'm going to upgrade to rogero 4.30CFW v2.03 and i read that games that use fix for 3.55 doesn't work for CFW4.30.

is there any way i can restore my original hitman absolution before applying the fix to make it work for rogero?
