PS3 cfw 3.55 transfer -> PS Vita?

Hi everyone,

I just had a quick question regarding the transfer between the PS3 and PS Vita
I am fully aware that you would have to be on a 4.xx firmware in order to actually use content manager
to transfer PS Vita content from the PS3 to the Vita....

But I was wondering if there is some kind of spoof or some other way around to transfer
content from one to the other while being on 3.55? ....Yes, I know "Just update to Rogero 4.xx, etc"
But I have been on 3.55 Kmeaw for quite some time and it seems much safer as compared to other firmwares

....well, anyways
