I've been using this tool, which is similar (not sure if almost the same, almost equal, or worse to) Photoshop, and it has been helpful, but there is one issue that I cannot seem to remedy. The colouring tool does not allow me to colour with Black or White, in fact the only Black and White it has are the "Grey" or if you prefer the "old-film" esque black and white, but it does not have different tones of black or white to work with.
The other option it is to darken or brighthen other colours, but that isn't black and white either. So my question is, if there is any application or way to colour with ACTUAL tones of Black and/or White using Paint Shop Pro (that is colouring that is not "old-film" esque, or darkening/brighthening colours), or if Photoshop or other image editor has that kind of option? Thanks in advance.
