"As we enter the year's biggest shopping period, companies need to be reminded that if they make product promises to consumers — as Sony did with the 'game changing' features of its PS Vita — they must deliver on those pledges," Jessica Rich, director of the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, said in a statement.

Quote:

Sony is settling government charges that it misled consumers about its PlayStation Vita handheld gaming console.

The Federal Trade Commission says Sony’s advertising claims about the “game changing” technology features of the PS Vita were deceiving.

For example, the FTC says Sony wrongly claimed that people could play “cross platform” — by starting a game on a PS3 and then continuing it ‘on the go,’ right where they left off, on a PS Vita.

As part of the proposed settlement, Sony will provide refunds to people who bought the PS Vita console before June 1, 2012.

They’ll be eligible for either a $25-cash or credit refund or a $50 merchandise voucher from Sony.

Sony will contact consumers about the refunds or vouchers via email.

Big Toggle ist schwer und stark und kann Plattformen nach unten drücken und schwere Objekte bewegen. Little Toggle ist wendig und schnell und passt daher gut durch kleine Lücken. OddSock ist ein schneller, agiler, die Wände hochrennender Charakter, während Swoop mit hoher Geschwindigkeit fliegen und gleiten und mit ihren Krallen Gegenstände aufheben kann.

I found a thread where you can download it. unfortunately I have a very slow internet speed and sometimes crash because my relatives are using it. That's why I just wanna ask if someone can upload them by parts or multi parts I don't know how you call it.. like 1gb per part. would really help a lot.
