Final Fantasy XII doesn't work, black screen OPS2L

Hi, on all the compatibility lists FF XII is listed as working without a problem and yet when I try to play it in OPS2L I get the colored screens but then the game doesn't start it stays on a black screen. I have tried all modes and I have also redownloaded the game from different places including PS3ISO and torrents but every time it is the same. Any suggestions?

i don't know if anyone is having the same problem as me with the control movement to tomb raider,but whenever i do a sudden move with the analog stick she kind of get stuck.is it a bug in the game anyone know?i tried my controller with metal gear with no problem so musn't be my controller.

Has anyone got discBoot to work on Rebug 4.30 CFW? I tried both the 3.55 and 3.41 pkg, the 3.55 pkg wont install, the 3.41 pkg installs but it errors out when I tried to run the game (Armored Core 4). All my 3.55 patched PSN games still works, so I'm not sure why I can't install the 3.55 pkg.

As the title said.. every copy attempts failed. I can browse files from file manager though - for one minute or so. then it keeps refreshing i had to quit multiman to unplug my WD Ext.HDD 500GB safely.

I have tried using USB.CFG to no avail. My WD is 1 partition and I want to try everything before format it to FAT32 coz i have HD movies collection (up to 16GB mkvs) that I intend to keep.

Hi all,

I don't play as much on my ps3 anymore and still have it on waninkoko's 3.41 fw from when the fw first come out. I would normally buy a game I liked, then use Multiman to copy it over to the hdd. Once that is done I would use the fix/eboot and play the game with a demo disc. The real disc would go in a draw under my bed and be keep safe. Anyway I tried this with MGR and tried all the fix/eboots I could find and yet I can't seem to get it to run.

The problem I am having is, when I used multiman (4.14) the game shows in the disc part just fine. When I click on it to play it asks me to update the ps3. I am happy on waninkoko's fw and don't want to update. Is there anyway to bypass this game asking for an update or will I be stuck playing on my son's ps3 when every I get a chance too.

Instructions:
1. Download the update and fix from opoisso893's thread.
2. First install the update and then install his fix.
3. Then download my fix.
4. Replace the downloaded EBOOT.BIN from my fix with the file in /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01780/USRDIR/
5. Also replace the PARAM.SFO from my fix with the file in /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01780
6. In Multiman click BD-Mirror on and start the game.
7. Play the game and Enjoy the fix.

I tried to delete all the game data from xmb but nothing helped.
